Wow!! Several years ago Dad got me hooked on this awesome female drummer that was doing covers on YouTube. Obviously she's gorgeous & that's all some people bother to notice, but this chick is wonderfully amazing!! You need to watch her play, you can tell she truly loves it. She makes it all look so effortless, & meanwhile her infectious smile will captivate you as well!

Of course I immediately subscribed to her channel & I still enjoy all her covers. But in July of 2013, she launched a Kick Starter campaign to make her very own original album. Without a thought I backed her...I actually created 2 accounts so I could donate even more money to her worthwhile cause! Lol Releasing an album on your own is hard & life happens, so it took a little longer for her to finish the album & get it into all her backers eager hands. But last month it finally arrived...& again I say Wow!!

Meytal kicks ass! Lol Don't let her beauty & easy smile fool you...this drummer is amazing!! I'm always in awe watching her play. She's worked hard to put together a band that really seems to shine with her. When I listen to her CD on my way to work at night, it pumps me up! But it also helps calm me...I put it on repeat & sleep to it as well. I can't stress enough that everyone needs to check out Meytal Cohen & her album Alchemy! You can thank me later! 😘
