Doctor, doctor gimme the news
I have a follow up appointment with Dr. Gornet this coming Thursday. I just hope the pain will ease up so the 4 hour road trip won't hurt so bad this time. Funny thing about back pain and staples in your tummy, road trips hurt quite a bunch. Every little dip or bump in the road jars you, refreshes the pain. But a happy note, some of the swelling has gone down a bit. I haven't tried lately, but I'm almost sure I could wear my shoes now instead of my pink, fluffy slippers with the glow in the dark eyes that Mom and Carrie thought would be great for me years ago!!
